ORDERS AND RETURNS
How Do I Track My Order?
All orders are registered and trackable by Singpost. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Tracking number will be provided upon request. You will be able to view and track the status of your shipment. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Where can I find your size guide?
Products have different sizing e.g. oversize, long, skinny, relaxed etc, so size guides are usually reflected on each product writeup page. For general size guide, measurements and fitting, please refer to guide here.
How Can I Amend My Order?
You may be able to amend your order after payment is made. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to have it sorted.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Payment by credit cards, is accepted via PayPal gateway. Upon checking out cart, click and follow through ‘Proceed to Paypal’.
Coupons | Promo Codes
Please enter code exactly as it was given to you. Copy and paste code, click and follow through ‘Apply Coupon’ and the price will be amended thereafter. If you find that your code is not working, please check on terms and conditions for the coupon or promo codes, as it may be valid for certain items only or for a limited period of time.
Complimentary registered shipping for orders above SGD40. A flat rate of $3.30 will be charged for orders below $40. Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, 9am-6pm and may require up to 3 business days for transit (especially peak seasons).

International orders will be dispatched via Speedpost. Please be aware that all products delivered internationally may incur additional costs, due to varying customs and taxes imposed by each country. These additional costs are not part of the shipping fees when your order is processed as you check out.
Please ensure that all additional charges are paid for, in order to receive the shipment. SUNDAYS have no control over these additional costs. If you decide to refuse any such shipments from SUNDAYS, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package (for both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to SUNDAYS. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
How long does it take to receive my orders?
For domestic delivery, we delivered within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, 9-6pm and requires up to 3 business days for transit (especially during peak seasons). For international delivery, it takes up to 14 days for transit.
I need my orders urgently!
If you require a faster shipping option, we provide courier services for same day delivery, upon request. Please email us at email@example.com before placing an order. Additional charges apply.
RETURNS | EXCHANGES | REFUNDS
SUNDAYS reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated below. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange will not be granted. Sale Price Adjustment Policy
We offer a sale price adjustment on merchandise purchased up to 7 days prior to the start date of a sale or promotion. The exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustment will be refunded accordingly to the mode of payment that you have used to purchase the item(s).
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. All exchanges are subjected to availability. We will send a replacement item at our cost after a thorough quality check.
All on-sale items and non-sale items, SGD15 and below are final and non-returnable.
Exchanges or Returns
Size exchanges is subjected to availability. Exchanges or returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic) and 20 days (international) upon delivery. All postage costs incurred from size exchanges will be borne by the customer. All returns or exchange items must be returned in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed, wherever applicable. Please ensure that items are adequately protected during transit. In an unlikely event that the item is returned damaged or soiled, we may have to send it back, with postage borne by customer. All on-sale items and non-sale items, SGD15 and below are final and non-returnable.
How do I request for/make an exchange or returns?
Notify us via email, indicate your reasons for exchange/returns and to reserve your preferred exchange item. Ensure article in good condition, send them back via registered mail with tracking to the following address:

Upon receiving article and verification, we’ll send a notification email and proceed to send you the exchange item.
All returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic) and 20 days (international) from date of purchase. Refunded value refers to only price of item and does not include shipping costs. Value will be refunded via shop credit, which can be used to make any purchase on our site, valid for 1 month. Shop credit is non-exchangeable for cash. All on-sale items and non-sale items, SGD15 and below are final and non-returnable.
If you have received an item(s) from our website as a gift and would like to make a return or an exchange, please notify us via email within 7 DAYS of receiving your gift. Please include your name and email address as well as the purchaser’s name, order number on the gift receipt, and list the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
