Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all local and international orders via Singpost, Mon- Fri 9am – 6pm. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. If you require a faster shipping time, please email us at shop@sundays.sg courier charges apply.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We process all orders in 48 hours. For local shipping, it may take 1-3 business days for delivery transit. For international shipping, it takes up to 14 days business days. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

SUNDAYS ships worldwide. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

International orders may take up to 14 business days for transit.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payment in SGD via Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. All other credit cards, including American Express can be used at checkout via Paypal. Please note only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

Payment Error

If you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message ‘transaction cannot be processed‘ please contact your bank in order for them to authorise the transaction. 

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

You’re welcome to checkout as a guest, but there are perks if you have an account with us. You’ll have a quicker checkout process, an easy way to view your order status and order history, and you’ll receive regular updates on our newest releases and special promotions.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed or shipped. We do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues. Please reach out at shop@sundays.sg if you require further assistance. 

How Do I Track My Order?

All orders are shipped via Singpost with tracking facility. You should receive a tracking code upon shipping. Please note that all local orders take 1-3 business days for transit.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do not accept returns except for exchanges. All exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging

All returned items will be check thoroughly. SUNDAYS reserves the right to cease any returns that do not meet the above mentioned conditions. To initiate an exchange, please email us at shop@sundays.sg state the reason for exchange and also your desired item and size, so we may reserve it for you quickly.

All exchange items must be reach us via a registered and traceable service. Please note that all SALE items are not eligible for exchanges.
