Whether basking in the sun, intently observing birds and butterflies, or simply watching the world go by, there is always something for our feline guests to enjoy. Natural daylight also allows cats to maintain natural circadian rhythms, a healthy alternative to artificial indoor lighting.

Our attentive team observes and adjusts our care daily, responding to every guest’s mood, energy level, and physical wellbeing. You know your cat best – we work closely with you to ensure that care decisions are made together to ensure a comfortable stress-free stay.

Our guest rooms are designed to offer a sensory balanced environment. Soft background music creates a calming atmosphere while environmental noise is shielded off by soundproof glass. Each of our guest rooms also has individually adjustable lighting and blinds for personalised comfort. Sundays’ air is also temperature controlled, filtered and with low bio-burden.

That’s why all our rooms include complimentary 24/7 live CCTV access with two-way voice interaction, so you can see, hear and speak with your cat at any time. Detailed journals of your cat’s wellbeing are updated daily along with photos and videos, keeping you closely connected.

Our rooms are designed to be adjustable in privacy and openness, adapting to the needs of our guests to engage or retreat. More than just spacious, each room is functionally rich, providing a variety of spaces – cozy hideouts, shelves for climbing and exploration, elevated perches for observation, lounging areas at different heights. Our feline guests have the choice to rest and relax, or show off their athleticism while feeling a sense of safety and control over their surroundings.

Beyond private suites, guests also have access to our expansive play areas for energetic zoomies or leisurely exploration. Play time is staggered, with only one family out at any given time. Not only does our generous play area allow cats to express their natural instincts, the high space-to-cat ratio also allows our guests to feel a sense of distance from their neighbours, promoting a sense of security and control.

What to expect during your cat’s stay
1. Getting to know your cat
We take time to review your cat’s needs, confirming any preferences, routines or care instructions that you have shared. A wellness examination is also performed to ensure that your cat is ready for their stay.
2. Helping your cat feel at home
We encourage you to bring familiar items from home and set up your cat’s room in the way that you think they will enjoy. Spending unhurried time with your cat during check-in also helps them feel more secure.
3. Care tailored to your cat
During the settling in period, we keep a close watch on your cat’s feeding, toileting and behaviour. We stay in communication with you during this process, making adjustments to your cat's routines and environment as needed in collaboration with you.
4. Daily care that follows their lead
We let your cat tell us what they want and let them guide us in how they wish to interact. Daily care and interaction is never forced, we respect your cat’s comfort, boundaries and emotional needs.
5. Staying connected and reassured
You will receive daily wellbeing updates on your cat’s appetite, litter habits, mood, and how they spent their interaction time. Photos and videos taken during interaction time are sent daily as well. Check in on your cat anytime, anywhere through the 24/7 live CCTV too.
